This product is a modified version of NIST Random Password Generator.
As distributed, the NIST Random Password Generator only generated
passwords with lowercase alphabetic characters.  This modified version
adds capitolization and punctuation symbols into the character set that
is used to build the password.

This version of the program also supports a more robust commandline
interface than the original program supported.
